My Approach

I am a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist-in-Training, studying for an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy and I’d like to welcome you to my website.
It takes courage to reach the decision to start therapy. I can offer you a peaceful, compassionate and safe space in which you can share your thoughts and feelings in confidence. We will work together at a pace which suits you as you navigate and work through any issues and emotions which arise. This can be challenging and painful, but I will be with you, supporting you to develop greater self-awareness and improve your capacity to cope with life’s challenges.

I provide weekly 1:1 therapy sessions within my private practice in Bath. I have also worked with clients at the Bath Low-Cost Counselling Service and have experience working with adults living with anxiety, loss and depression, as well as childhood and adult trauma. I am fully insured and a trainee member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and adhere to their code of ethics along with those of BCPC (Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling) where I have been training for the last three years. The training is lengthy, extensive and fully supervised and I am well supported with my private practice.
If you would like to explore whether you would like to start therapy together, do get in touch via the form below or send me an email and we can set up an initial session. My practice is located in central Bath near to good transport links, and I work during the week (Monday - Friday). I have appointments available during the day and the possibility to offer some early evening sessions. I charge a low-cost fee of £25 for each 50-minute session.
